PASS Confidentiality Statement

PASS is an organization offering a variety of professional services to healthcare providers who wish to improve their interpersonal communicational skills among colleagues, employees and patients. We also offer partnership with premium insurers of those providers to help them obtain malpractice insurance coverage and discounted rates for those physicians with a low risk who are not categorized as disruptive. Such physicians who are considered low-risk demonstrate healthy and affective communication skills among patients.

All healthcare professionals are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel before consenting to disclosure of the evaluation or other services provided by PASS.

Our purpose is to assess and treat behavior that can jeopardize your career and your life plan and cultivate new behavioral habits of authenticity, personal growth and professional integrity. We'll take you to the next level of competence and professional success.

We provide services to all impaired professionals including physicians; especially those facing probationary measures at their place of employment or who are encountering difficulty obtaining medical professional liability insurance coverage.

We know that the impact of an impaired/disruptive physician or other professional reaches far beyond the individual, causing great distress to patients, colleagues, families and even to entire organizations. Impaired physicians not only risk their own professional reputation, licensure and insurance coverage, but they also risk their entire careers.

With respect to organizations—be they a practice group, hospital, or HMO—disruptive physicians undermine morale, increase turnover, lower productivity, and increase the probability of system and malpractice related errors. Professional Assessment Services & Solutions (PASS) provides impaired physicians with an opportunity to re-engage in the productive practice of their profession.
