PASS Confidentiality Statement 

PASS is an organization offering a variety of professional services to healthcare providers who wish to improve their interpersonal communicational skills among colleagues, employees and patients. We also offer partnership with premium insurers of those providers to help them obtain medical professional liability insurance coverage and discounted premiums for those physicians with a low risk who are not categorized as disruptive. Such physicians who are considered low-risk demonstrate healthy and affective communication skills among patients.

PASS services include assessments and counseling which in order to be effective, require substantial confidentiality. Subsequently, the employees and contracted professionals of PASS will communicate findings and results to appropriate parties only after obtaining the informed consent of the healthcare professional receiving services.

All healthcare professionals are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel before consenting to disclosure of the evaluation or other services provided by PASS.
